The only official channel for in-game support is our Discord server's ticket system. This way, all your issues are handled in one place, safely and can be tracked, and always go to the right team member.
Please note: we can't handle in-game issues via email, other social platforms, or Discord private messages - the team can't respond to requests sent there. You'll find the ticket system on the Discord server, just a few clicks away.
How to get help?

Join the community
Join the official NextWorld2 Discord server with the button above. If you're already a member, skip to step 2.
Open the support panel
On the server, pick your language and look for the support room: that's where you'll find the ticket panel.
Open a ticket
Pick your issue's category, describe your problem briefly, and the team will reply to you in the ticket.
How can we help you?
When opening a ticket, you can choose from these categories - so your issue goes straight to the right place.
In-game problem
Wrong purchase, entry refund, technical error, Event or quest issue in-game.
Player questions
Beginner or advanced questions, stuck somewhere, bonuses, or the game won't start - just ask!
Payment related
Your purchase didn't arrive, VIP status check, or bonus issue - transaction matters.
Account problem
Can't log in, hacked account, email change, or ban-related issues.
Report a player
Cheating, botting or exploiting, harassment, scamming, outside trading - report it and we'll investigate.
Other issues
Anything else that doesn't fit the above categories - and content creators get a special Creator support channel.
