The NextWorld2 game rules

Language note. This document is the official English translation of the original Hungarian version. In case of any discrepancies, the Hungarian version prevails. Hungarian version

On the www.nextworld2.com website (hereinafter: Website), the service provider defined in point 2 of the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Service Provider) provides the following information to users participating in the NextWorld2 online game operated by it (hereinafter: Game), and requires compliance with the following rules.

1. Registration

You are only allowed to use the Game if your registration is proper, accepted, and confirmed by the Provider.

2. Using your user account

The login details (username, password) required to use your user account are confidential information, and you alone are responsible for keeping them safe. You are responsible for protecting your account and properly handling your access data.

Only the Provider may request your email address and username for identification and account management purposes, and only through the official customer support channels defined in these Rules.

Under no circumstances should you give your password to any third party (including the Service Provider). The Service Provider and its staff will never, under any circumstances, ask for your password. If anyone-claiming to be the Service Provider or acting on its behalf-asks for your password, you must refuse to provide it and immediately notify the Service Provider through the official customer support channels.

If you still decide to share any of your account details with someone else, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for any consequences. This includes, but is not limited to, theft, unauthorized changes, deletion, or other misuse of your account data, permissions, or virtual goods. The Provider takes no responsibility in such cases and is not required to offer compensation or refunds.

You can protect your account with a special security level using the Next-Shield two-step authentication system, at your own decision and responsibility. Next-Shield technology activates automatically if you log in from a new, unknown, or unsaved IP address. In this case, the system sends a one-time security code to your registered email address, and you can't log in without entering it correctly. This protection is always active by default unless you mark the IP address as safe. Next-Shield works only via email notifications; mobile phone options are not available at this time. You can activate the Next-Shield feature on the official Game website after logging in.

The Provider reserves the right to change the operation, technical solutions, and conditions of Next-Shield.

Unauthorized access to your user account-especially if it involves unauthorized login, password theft, or phishing-is considered a computer crime and may result in criminal liability under current Hungarian law, especially the provisions of Act C of 2012 on the Criminal Code (Btk.).

3. Transferring the right to use the Game

The Provider specifically warns that the Game may contain content not suitable for minors. Even minors over the age of 12 may only use the Game with the prior consent and supervision of their legal guardian.

The Service Provider is not responsible in any way if a registered User allows someone not entitled to participate in the Game (e.g. a minor or a person with limited legal capacity) to use their account. In such cases, the registered User is still responsible for the use of the Website and the Game.

4. Fair play, prohibition of automated solutions and modifying the Game

The basic principle of fair play in the Game is that every action in the Game-including every key and mouse input, command, and in-game interaction-must come directly from your real-time, human action. Any input or control not performed by you personally, by hand, at the time of the action, is forbidden.

Accordingly, it is forbidden to modify, supplement, manipulate, or otherwise influence the Game in any way-whether physically (hardware) or via software. You may not use any macro, script, bot, automation, input emulator, input recorder or replayer, hardware macro, AI-driven solution, or any other tool that performs in-game actions automatically, in whole or in part, without human intervention, or that carries out repeated, scheduled, or conditional actions on your behalf or in your name. It is also forbidden to use any external program, tool, or service that interferes with the Game's process, memory, data files, network communication, or display to gain an unfair advantage.

This rule covers the use, installation, distribution, advertisement, and development of such solutions, regardless of whether they actually gave you an advantage. Breaking this rule is a serious violation and allows the Provider to take actions under point 12 of these Rules and the Terms of Service, including permanently deleting your account.

The Provider has the right to monitor the operation of user accounts, gameplay, behavior patterns, and technical parameters, either continuously or occasionally, using automated and manual methods, to ensure the integrity and fair operation of the Game.

To protect the integrity of the Game and to detect cheating, abuse, and prohibited automated solutions, the Service Provider may regularly or occasionally take samples (snapshots) of your gameplay, in-game activities, and technical data related to your account for security purposes while you use the Game. These may be logged, stored, and analyzed or checked using automated and manual methods. By using the Game, you acknowledge and accept this security sampling and checking, whose primary goal is to maintain a clean and fair gaming environment for everyone-one of the Service Provider's most important tasks. The detailed rules for data management related to this-including its legal basis and your rights-are set out in the Service Provider's Privacy Policy.

If there is suspicion of behavior that violates or could violate the operation of the Game-including but not limited to the use of automated solutions, macros, bots, scripts, exploits, or other unfair advantage techniques-the Provider may temporarily or permanently restrict, suspend, or delete your account.

When making decisions, the Provider does not rely solely on direct evidence, but may also consider circumstances and patterns consistent with the Game's operation, databases, logging system, behavioral analysis, and other security mechanisms.

The Provider is not required to disclose, publish, or detail the methods, algorithms, technical tools, or detailed evidence or data used in investigations, especially if doing so would endanger the security of the Game, the prevention of abuse, or the Provider's legitimate business interests.

You acknowledge that security and integrity decisions made by the Service Provider are not legal proceedings and do not require proof of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt; it is enough if the Service Provider reasonably believes that your behavior endangers or harms the fair operation of the Game.

You acknowledge and expressly accept that the Provider may take preventive actions to protect the operation of the Game, even if a violation cannot be fully proven but there is reasonable suspicion based on available data, behavior patterns, statistical differences, or technical indicators.

You acknowledge that the Service Provider is entitled to assess patterns of your account and any related accounts, devices, identifiers, network connections, as well as in-game actions and transactions, to detect and prevent rule violations. The Service Provider may apply temporary restrictions during investigations of suspected rule violations, including temporarily limiting certain features, transactions, trading options, or other service elements. If you try to bypass, circumvent, or avoid restrictions or sanctions (especially by creating new accounts, switching accounts, or changing devices or networks), the Service Provider may apply further restrictions or permanently terminate the affected accounts and related access.

The purpose of the Provider's monitoring and analysis systems is to protect the integrity of the Game, not to provide proof or accounting to users. Therefore, you cannot dispute the Provider's decisions solely because you were not shown full proof.

If automated solutions are used, the Provider may apply restrictions and measures to your account and virtual goods in the Game according to these Rules and the Terms of Service. The detailed rules on the legal nature, use, restriction, and possible withdrawal of virtual goods are included in the Terms of Service.

Only the review option specified in these Rules is available against decisions made by the Service Provider; the Service Provider is not obliged to provide further justification, technical details, or evidence.

5. Collecting items in your user account

You are entitled to store all virtual items (hereinafter: Items) in your user account that you have lawfully obtained during the Game or lawfully acquired through the Website-especially in exchange for virtual currency, i.e. Karzium. The Service Provider undertakes to exclusively record these Items as part of its database management activities.

Only you, as the user of the account, are allowed to use the Items. You are fully responsible for using the Items properly and in accordance with the Rules. Because of this, you cannot claim that losing Items was solely due to someone else's actions.

The Provider will only investigate missing Items if it is due to a database management or program error caused by the Provider. If the investigation clearly shows that the issue was indeed caused by such an error, and if technically possible, the Provider will restore your account to the last valid recorded state.

The Service Provider is not obliged to restore or modify actions that happened due to your own mistake, especially if they result from accidentally spending your Karzium balance, unintentionally deleting Items, or mistakenly exchanging them (for example, when trading for another Item). You are solely responsible for such errors, and you cannot claim compensation or restoration from the Service Provider. However, if you act in good faith, the Service Provider may, at its own discretion and as a gesture of goodwill, decide to partially or fully restore what you request, but is not obliged to do so.

6. Trading

Players are allowed to trade Items they have legally acquired with each other, but only within the Game interface and according to the Game's rules. Trades and value-based transactions between players use virtual currencies like Gold, Gold Bar, or Karzium.

You acknowledge that the virtual currencies used in the Game are not real money or assets with real-world value.

It is strictly forbidden to trade, advertise, or transfer in-game currencies and Items-including but not limited to Gold, Gold Bar, Karzium, other Items, equipment, characters, and user accounts-outside the Game, or for real money, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method. Doing so may result in your registration being deleted and a permanent ban from the Game.

For security and integrity reasons, the Provider may log, store, and monitor all related transactions and movements. These activities are always carried out in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Risk acceptance

You acknowledge that using the Website and the Game comes with the general technical and security risks typical of online games accessed via the internet, which may be caused by third parties outside the Provider's control. These include, but are not limited to, viruses, phishing attacks, unauthorized access, hacking attempts, and hardware or software failures. It is your own responsibility to be aware of these risks.

By starting to play the Game, you expressly accept these risks and cannot hold the Provider responsible for them, including any damage to your account, devices, or data.

Accordingly, the Provider is not required to compensate, correct, or restore any damage to your account that was not caused by the Provider, but for example by your own carelessness, illegal activity by a third party, unauthorized access, or any irregular or illegal action on your part.

The Service Provider excludes its liability for damages caused by breach of contract (to the extent and with the exceptions permitted by the Civil Code). To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, accidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Game, access errors, or the actions of third parties.

8. Duty to report actions that threaten the Game

You must immediately report to the Provider any external or seemingly external irregular, suspicious, or unauthorized interference that could threaten the operation or security of the Game, Website, or your account. This is so the Provider can take necessary action and protect its systems and other players from possible harm.

You can report problems through the official customer support channels.

The Provider will investigate every report as best as possible and will take action to eliminate any real threats to the Game or user accounts using legal means.

The Provider may-but is not required to-review content posted by players and delete any post that is illegal or appears to be illegal. However, the Provider does not guarantee continuous monitoring of user content, so players are also responsible for reporting illegal content. If you notice such content, you should report it as described above.

At its own discretion, the Service Provider may-but is not obliged to-reward you, especially with virtual currency (e.g. Karzium), for reporting a bug, vulnerability, or abuse opportunity that it considers serious and that affects the security or operation of the Game. The Service Provider alone decides the amount and form of any reward, based on the nature and significance of the issue.

You acknowledge that reporting bugs is not tied to any reward: for the safety of the Game, reporting is always your duty, regardless of whether the Provider compensates you in any way.

You expressly acknowledge that failing to report, deliberately hiding, or withholding information about bugs, vulnerabilities, or abuses that threaten the security or operation of the Game or the rights of other players is a serious violation of the Rules. Such behavior can result in temporary or permanent exclusion from the Game, regardless of whether you personally exploited the bug.

9. Behavior and conduct rules while using the Game

The Provider's goal is to run the Game in a balanced, safe, and enjoyable way for everyone. You must follow these behavior rules:

The official language of the Game is Hungarian, and the Provider primarily offers support and moderation in Hungarian.

You are not allowed to prevent other Users from participating in the Game or exercising their right to enjoy the Game in any way.

It is forbidden to intentionally or repeatedly exploit bugs (so-called bugs) in the Game, or to use these bugs against others. If you discover a bug, you must report it to the Service Provider immediately.

It is forbidden to use any obscene, vulgar, hateful, pornographic, content endangering minors, or otherwise illegal or immoral language.

You are not allowed to send unsolicited, mass, or repeated messages ('spamming') either in the Game or on related platforms.

Experienced Users are expected to help new players. Taking advantage of, deceiving, or manipulating inexperienced players is not allowed.

It is forbidden to arrange or participate in pre-agreed, manipulated-result duels or wars ('clan wars') in the Game.

You must always act in a fair and respectful manner towards other players. Behavior that goes against community standards is not allowed.

It is forbidden to buy, sell, trade, or advertise any user account, virtual item, character, or in-game currency (e.g. Gold, Gold Bar, Karzium) for real money or any other real-world compensation in any form.

Any activity that disrupts the operation of the Game or unnecessarily burdens resources, such as submitting meaningless character strings or overly long texts, is not allowed.

It is forbidden to disclose any personal or user data, or to encourage other Users to do so. The Provider is not responsible for any consequences resulting from such cases.

It is forbidden to use any application, software, or script that could threaten or affect the smooth operation of the Website or the Game.

You are only allowed to access data for which you have explicit permission. Accessing content must not disturb the operation of other Users.

It is forbidden to share, upload, or transmit any harmful or malicious software through any channel of the Game.

You may not use the Game through network or software services designed to hide, falsify, or manipulate your IP address or hardware identification.

Overloading the Provider's systems, blocking, overwriting, or modifying content, or any disruptive interference with the operation of the Game is not allowed.

10. The organizational structure and responsibilities of the Game team

The operation and moderation of the Game are carried out by persons appointed or authorized by the Provider, according to specific roles. The exact permissions, responsibilities, and operational tasks for each rank are always determined and regulated by the Provider.

[SA], [CoM], [GA], [DEV] - Administrators:

Employees of the Provider who are responsible for operating, developing, and maintaining the Game.

[SGM], [GM], [TGM] - Moderators:

Voluntary helpers who are not employees of the Service Provider. Their job is to support players, supervise the proper functioning of the community, actively look for rule violations, abuse, and cheating, and handle and forward incoming reports to Administrators. They may only be rewarded with in-game currency (Karzium). They are not authorized to handle official matters or complaints outside the Game.

These roles are authorized to issue warnings and apply sanctions to enforce behavioral rules as follows: moderators (SGM, GM, TGM) can impose temporary bans for up to 24 hours for investigation purposes, while administrators ([SA], [CoM], [GA]) can impose temporary or permanent bans according to the principles and frameworks set by the Service Provider. Moderators (SGM, GM, TGM) do not have access to personal data managed by the Service Provider.

11. PvP, inter-kingdom battles, and free-for-all

The Game offers PvP (player versus player) mode, which includes dueling, kingdom wars, and so-called 'free-for-all' (attacking without prior consent), with different restrictions and rules depending on the channel. By choosing a channel (CH), you accept the PvP rules that apply to that zone.

Channel-based PvP, inter-kingdom battles, and free-for-all:

CH1 and CH2 - protected channels:

On these channels, fighting each other is only possible in the form of duels. You can only fight another player if you invite them to a duel and they accept. Attacking players from other kingdoms and the free-for-all feature are not available on these channels.

CH3 and all higher-numbered channels - free zones:

On these channels, PvP, inter-kingdom battles, and free-for-all are all allowed. Players can attack each other without prior consent; this is part of the Game.

12. Sanctions

The Service Provider reserves the exclusive right to decide whether your behavior violates these Rules (especially behavioral and conduct rules) under any circumstances, and what action to take based on the severity of the violation. You acknowledge and expressly accept these decisions.

The Provider unilaterally determines the severity of the sanction, which, depending on the seriousness of the violation, may include any of the following options or a combination of them:

Issuing a warning

Temporary or permanent exclusion of the User from the Game

Restricting or permanently banning a User's access, which can include the game, the Provider's community and communication platforms, the affected IP address(es), identifiable hardware devices (like computers), and user accounts.

If you believe a decision made against you is unjustified or incorrect, you may request a review, but only once. To prevent abuse and repeated attempts to bypass the rules, the Provider may refuse further assistance for security reasons.

The Provider's negative response, or until the investigation process is completed, the original decision remains valid and final. The Provider reserves the right to later modify, revoke, or uphold the decision at its own discretion.

In the event of a violation related to the Game, the Service Provider acts exclusively based on these Rules. The Service Provider will only disclose player data-especially personal, identifiable, or sensitive information-in cases defined by law (e.g. suspicion of a crime) and only to the competent authorities upon their official request or order.

13. Support and administration, official customer service channels

Questions, complaints, and other requests related to the Game can be submitted via the official Discord server's ticket system (https://discord.gg/nextworld2). To open a ticket, staff designated by the Service Provider may request data necessary to identify you (such as username, email address, or other proof)-except for your password-to confirm your ownership rights. The Service Provider is not obliged to provide any other support or administration channels beyond those specified here.

The Service Provider aims to respond to incoming inquiries as soon as possible during official customer support hours (weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00), and if possible, outside these hours as well, but no later than within 30 days.

Tickets are handled only by persons designated by the Service Provider; incoming messages are archived and may be checked retrospectively by the Service Provider. To ensure the system works properly, you must avoid using vulgar, obscene, or offensive language; otherwise, the Service Provider may refuse to provide assistance.

All data processing related to administration is carried out in accordance with the applicable legal regulations and the provisions of the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendment of the Rules

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Rules at any time to improve the operation of the Game. Changes will be published on the Website and in the Game client, and will take effect once you explicitly accept them on the acceptance screen that appears at your next login. You can only start the Game after accepting the new rules.

15. Final provisions

If any provision of these Rules is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions, which will remain in effect independently.

These Rules are an annex to the General Terms and Conditions. For any matters not regulated in these Rules, or in case of discrepancies between these Rules and the General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions shall apply, including liability and dispute resolution rules.
